We dispatch orders within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in major cities and 4–6 days elsewhere in Pakistan.
Yes. Delivery is free on all orders over Rs. 15,000. Smaller orders have a flat delivery fee of Rs. 350.
Yes. Once your order ships, we send the courier tracking number by SMS and email.
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You can also pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
Products & Warranty
Every CHRONOS watch comes with a certificate of authenticity and a warranty card. Our technicians inspect each one before it ships.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement and electronics. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the rated resistance, or normal wear on straps and glass.
Yes. We resize bracelets for free at our Karachi studio. For online orders, tell us your wrist size in the order notes and we'll adjust the bracelet before dispatch.
Water resistance varies by model and is listed on each product page. 3–5 ATM is splash resistant, 10 ATM is suitable for swimming, and 20 ATM or more is suitable for diving.
Returns & Exchange
You can return or exchange an unworn watch in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. See our returns policy for full details.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned watch.
